If you're getting your team out of bed earlier than normal, it's not exactly fair to greet them with silty coffee and gummy croissants. You need a breakfast to get them talking and working, eating together and wide awake. Once in a while there's room to take them out for some Bel-Air bircher or a full English (dietary requirements covered) at The Wolseley, but for that morning meeting, you need food delivered reliably for bleary eyes.
That's where we come in. Working with a world of kitchens, we keep tabs on everything from the number of napkins to the number of each type of croissant. Not the gummy kind. Of course, we can do more than that – smoked salmon, poached eggs, the iconic avo toast – because great food makes a great company.
